Room Access, Check-in and Check-out

The hotel reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone whose attire is deemed inappropriate or whose behavior may disturb the peace of the premises (e.g. noisy behavior, intoxication, or conduct contrary to good morals and public order).
Anyone wishing to stay at our hotel must present an ID, as well as those of accompanying guests.
Room access is restricted to registered guests only. No additional person may be admitted without prior authorization from management. If the room is occupied by more people than agreed upon, an extra fee will be charged per additional guest based on the current rate.
Unless otherwise arranged, rooms are available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11:30 AM on the day of departure.
Upon departure, guests are required to return the room key at reception. If the key is not returned, a fee of €50 will be charged.

Responsibility and Safety

Guests must comply with safety rules and avoid damaging facilities.
Any damage, whether intentional or due to negligence, will be charged to the responsible guest.
For safety reasons, guests with health issues (such as heart or respiratory problems) or pregnant women must inform the hotel.
The hotel is not liable for any physical injury or loss of personal belongings.

Damage and Disturbances

Rooms are cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Guests are invited to report any irregularities upon check-in.
In case of damage, the guest is liable and may use personal insurance to cover the costs.
All rooms are non-smoking; designated smoking areas are provided outside. Non-compliance may result in a cleaning fee.
To preserve the tranquility of the premises, please avoid noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
Any disturbance may result in eviction without refund.
Commercial activities are not permitted in the rooms.

Prohibited Acts

For safety and respect of others, smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.
Failure to comply may result in a surcharge of €90.
Unjustified triggering of the fire alarm due to violation of instructions will be charged €150.
Cooking in the rooms is also strictly forbidden.
Any tampering with safety equipment is strictly prohibited.

Complaints

Any complaint regarding the quality of services must be reported immediately to reception.

Fraudulent Evasion

Any attempt to use services without intention to pay is punishable by law and may result in legal proceedings.

Acceptance of House Rules

These rules apply to all hotel guests.
Booking a room implies acceptance of the terms listed above.
Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of the stay without financial compensation.
In case of violation of any of these rules, the hotel reserves the right to ask the guest to leave the premises immediately without compensation.
